There are gazillions of Salad recipes that we can explore! But one thing that caught our heart was this refreshing salad made from soft and crunchy sweet corn kernels tossed with fresh tomatoes and onions. The salad is then mixed with zesty Indian spices to create a ‘oomph’ of flavour.

In other words we can also call this a ‘Corn Salsa’ omitting the Indian Spices and just flavouring it with freshly squeezed lemon juice and salt. It will make a perfect topping for your crispy nachos with a good sour cream dip.
