Stay safe and calm. Appreciate the small things life has to offer. The storm does not last forever and as cliche as it sounds, this too shall pass, because it will and it has to. There is enough chaos around us, which is unfathomable. Be kind. Be human. Mental health also matters just as much as physical matters. Reach out. Stay positive. We are in this together.
