Two friends strangle a third mutual friend with a string of rope, purely as a Nietzche-inspired philosophical exercise. They then hide the body in a chest and decide to have a dinner party. 

Serving food on the same chest, the pair welcome their guests (including the victim’s fiance). Surprisingly, one of the guests is the college professor who had inadvertently inspired the killing with his lectures. 

Also, John Dall makes for a delicious psychopath.
